Mostly user friendly. Filling in multiple of the same form is not available, or finding that option is impossible. So I used same form over and over - using tab you also have to back space or use mouse to remove previous data and then fill in.

Can't Wait to Convert

I give it a 4/5 because sometimes editing text might change the context of the document (ex.remove boxes or darkness of boxes etc). Other than that it's worked fine.

Choose File > Properties, and click the Additional Metadata button in the Description tab. Click Advanced to display all the metadata embedded in the document. (Metadata is displayed by schema—that is, in predefined groups of related information.)
Does converting to PDF remove metadata?
Printing documents to PDF format removes revision metadata but it does not remove file description metadata. PDF files retain some basic file description metadata, such as author, file name, and date, which can be minimized if the proper conversion settings are used (see page 31).
How do I insert metadata in a PDF?
Choose the hamburger menu > Document Properties (Windows), or File > Document Properties (macOS). Select the Description tab, and type the author's name, subject, and keywords. (Optional) Select Additional Metadata to add other descriptive information, such as copyright information.
