Ease of filling the forms. There is one change if you can make will be great... in date of birth column, once you click on it, you have to put the MM/DD/YYYY. If you can allow to override that and just put the year, that will be of help. In my case where my father was born in 1920 and his date of MM/DD is not known, I'm forced to fill it with incorrect information.

What do you like best?
I love that the physician can dictate the form to me and I can easily load the form and type it up for him. He is extremely busy and needs to fill these forms out on his own time. Now I can do it for him saving him the time to focus on face to face visits with his patients.
What do you dislike?
It is very new to me, so I am uncertain if there is anything at this point I don't like, as I am unfamiliar with a good portion of the program. But what I have used thus far is great!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

What do you like best? I love that I can fax items as well as the W-2/1099 features that are integrated into the IRS system! It makes my roles as a small business owner much easier with these tools. What do you dislike? I wish more features, such as sending documents for signatures, were added. Even just 1-2 documents a month would be helpful for my small business. A fax number included would also be helpful. I have been able to get a fax number for virtual faxing for much cheaper elsewhere. It would be nice to have an all in one for less than $25 a month or so. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great way to keep costs low while still running with the bigger companies and their larger budgets. From creating my own documents to faxing things for clients- great investment for virtual tools in your business! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The IRS integration have helped me navigate some of the tax paperwork I need to do for my employees. The fax feature is super helpful for getting paperwork out for our clients.

When a Word document is saved as PDF, the PDF file will not take over the properties from the Word document. Only few properties like Tags, Subject, and Title will be carried over.
4 steps to remove PDF metadata. Open the PDF document. Click the top left Menu (Windows) or File (macOS) > Document Properties. Edit or delete metadata properties - you can also check additional metadata fields in the Additional Metadata menu. Press OK and save the PDF.
While TIFF is fantastic for designing and creating, the files can get quite large. As PDFs offer smaller file sizes, converting a TIFF to PDF makes it easy for graphic designers to share their work and prevent others from making changes.
Choose the hamburger menu > Document Properties (Windows), or File > Document Properties (macOS). Select the Description tab, and type the author's name, subject, and keywords. (Optional) Select Additional Metadata to add other descriptive information, such as copyright information.
Printing documents to PDF format removes revision metadata but it does not remove file description metadata. PDF files retain some basic file description metadata, such as author, file name, and date, which can be minimized if the proper conversion settings are used (see page 31).
Print to PDF To create a PDF without metadata, print your document to a PDF printer. If you have any PDF program installed on your computer, your printer list will include a PDF printer. The print to PDF method “flattens” the PDF document, removing any content not visible on the screen. No metadata is saved.
Convert PDFs to TIFF files in 4 steps To start, go to the conversion page and click Select A File or drag and drop your PDF into the drop zone. From the dropdown menu, you can choose a JPG, PNG, or TIFF file. For this project, choose TIFF and click the Convert to TIFF button.
