What do you like best?
I like that the system is user friendly. It makes the paperwork process for our clients easier which helps us win and retain a lot of business.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the system will not allow me to download the forms I've edited. Sometimes there are glitches in the system that prevent us from logging in and saving documents. Sometimes system can be a bit slow, I notice it more in the afternoon where people may use the system more.

Worth the money
I've been subscribing to this service for several years! I love it! It's nice to be able to start on my laptop or phone and pick up where I left off on the other device. Customer support was very quick to reply to my issue. I had been charged for my pdf and wanted to cancel as would not use the service enough to justify $96.00. In reply I was told it would be cancelled and the automatic renewal deleted. My only regret is that my money would not be refunded.***** to the charge I had tried (unsuccessfully) to find out how to cancel it. Im either stupid or the instructions werent on line.to easily find.
