Easy to use, but sometimes doesn't show exactly what I need with form being listed under another name or title (e.g. a search for DA 31 gave me the AR 600-1 132 page doc but not the Leave and Pass Form).

Taking a while to learn how to do this, but it is great. Questions: (1) Tell me how to transmit this electronically to you. (2) May I use the same form to register different Scripture we publish? Most elements in this first registration will apply to all that we register. (3) How do we handle the fee for registrations, and what do you need in addition to this and a fee? It is very useful and a lifesaver when on the go and a document(s) needs completed and signing. It is less time consuming and saves paper as you do not need to print and complete/sign documents.

The most accurate file editor. The most reliable document converter. The master of alterations.
I can email important documents immediately upon request. I can edit and sign government documents that are lifesaving for important life necessities. I.e. rental arrears. Rent ledgers. W2 forms, etc.
The darn subscription is too expensive just to use for once a month, or only when necessary. They should have like, one time prepaid options instead of monthly or yearly.

Phenomenal Customer Service
Due to the pandemic, like a lot of people I was forced to work from home. My employer doesn't adequately support us in this task and so one day as a matter of urgency I started the free pdfFiller trial for a month. I set a reminder to cancel my subscription but I didn't complete the cancellation. When the annual subscription fee was taken from my bank account I was devastated, it's a deduction I couldn't afford and my employer would not reimburse me. The team at pdfFiller were amazing. They ensured I successfully cancelled the subscription and they also processed a refund. The speed of response was phenomenal, their empathy towards someone who genuinely could not afford the subscription was so appreciated.
