How do I add a text field to an existing PDF?
Once you've downloaded your editor of choice to your device, follow these steps to add text boxes: Open the document in the PDF editor. Select Tools > Edit PDF > Add Text. Drag the new text box to the preferred location. Add text to the box and choose the formatting options.
How do I edit an existing field in PDF?
To edit a single form field, double-click it or right-click it and choose Properties. To edit multiple form fields, select the fields that you want to edit, right-click one of the selected fields, and choose Properties.
How can you automatically copy the name field to every page of the PDF form?
Right-click the field and choose Duplicate from the shortcut menu. In the Duplicate Field dialog box, leave All selected if you want the field to show on each page, or click From and type the page range, such as pages 1 to 4. You don't have to worry about excluding the page where you added the original field. Click OK.
