The software is easy to navigate and user friendly. Not paying the Adobe prices. The software is very intuitive which is reduces time determining and understanding feature sets about the tool. Some features require a different level of membership which cost more and should be included with the basic package.

jI just started exploring for virtual Notary options. Too early to give a proper opinion. This is when I signed up for a free trial, I do believe I also signed up for for your annual service, however, my queries for my Notary requirements are not CONFIRMED YET WHICH MIGHT CHANGE MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION COMITMENT. I also need confirmation on the forms I will be focusing on for Immigration and Passport requirements, hope I get a response before I need to consider my annual commitment date BEFORE it is here! I am available eastern time M-F 11a-1p and 5pm-9pm . thanks

Consecutive references: When you are referencing the same source in two (or more) footnotes the second and subsequent references should be entered as “Ibid.” and the page number for the relevant footnote. Use “Ibid.” without any page number if the page is the same as the previous reference.
You're able to reference the same footnote twice in Microsoft Word by using a cross-reference. However, cross-references have a limitation if you insert another footnote above the original one, the footnote number will update, but the cross-reference number will not.
In short: When referring to the same source twice in a row, use ibid; when referring to a source you used earlier (but you have cited different sources in between), use the (n X) approach. You only need one. Ibid (n 1) is wrong and/or a waste of words.
No, you can use the same source more than once, and only list it a single time in your Works Cited page. Your in-text citation provides the page number information. The citation in the body of your paper for a book will include the author or authors' last name(s) and the page number.
Note: Detailed Footnotes and End notes are needed only for sources cited for the first time. When citing the same work more than once, it is no longer fashionable to use ibid. Or op. cit.; the current trend is to use the short title or the author's last name instead. Indent the first line of a Footnote or End note entry.

Place your insertion point where you want a reference inserted into the text. On the References tab, click the Cross-Reference button.
