It can be irritating. There are capabilities in the software that are not immediately obvious. You have to discover them without assistance. e.g. How to reduce font size where that is available.

Having the capability to complete my documents on line and print makes my job run more effective and efficient. I thought it was a bit difficult to get a form completed. All I wanted was a statement that I paid my neighbor for a dent in his car. I had to hunt for a form that would allow me to enter that statement.

I love this program
I love this program! I am able to easily create PDFs and sign them with a verified signature. It just showed me how to merge two documents into one. Great program!

I had a little bit of trouble using…
I had a little bit of trouble using this app but I didn't put much time into trying to learn. I think it would be worthwhile for anyone who works with documents to learn how to use this app but I just don't have the time and only needed one document. When it came time to cancel, they were gracious enough to make it easy by clicking on cancel instead of having to call or write and jump through hoops. Thank you pdfFiller for letting me try your app.

How is copy number variation calculated?
To determine copy number, a relative quantitation analysis is performed between the unknown sample and a calibrator sample (one in which the copy number of the target gene is known). The sample is combined with both assays, master mix, and then run in quadruplicate in the real-time PCR instrument.
How does copy number variation occur?
A copy number variation (CNV) is when the number of copies of a particular gene varies from one individual to the next. Following the completion of the Human Genome Project, it became apparent that the genome experiences gains and losses of genetic material.
What does copy number mean?
The gene copy number (also “copy number variants” or CNS) is the number of copies of a particular gene in the genotype of an individual. Recent evidence shows that the gene copy number can be elevated in cancer cells. It was generally thought that genes were almost always present in two copies in a genome.
Is copy number variation a mutation?
These differences were named copy number variants, and they describe a segment of DNA that is 1 kilobase or larger and present at a variable copy number in comparison with a reference genome (Feud et al., 2006). Copy number variants are mutations and can include deletions, insertions, and duplications.

Copy number alterations/aberrations (CNAs) are changes in copy number that have arisen in somatic tissue (for example, just in a tumor), copy number variations (CNS) originated from changes in copy number in germ line cells (and are thus in all cells of the organism).

Copy number variants appear to be higher in brain cells than in other cell types. A likely source of copy-number variation is incorrect repair of DNA damage. Genomic duplication and replication of the gene appear to be a rare cause of Parkinson's disease, although more common than point mutations.

Genetically, salivary amylase levels are influenced by individual copy number variation (CNS) of the AMY1 gene on chromosome 1p21, which codes for salivary amylase [8]. The AMY1 gene is one of the most variable CNV loci in the human genome, with a reported range of anywhere from 2 to 15 diploid copies.
