I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. I liked the clear simple explanations.and the fact that it stops you from clicking on anything until it has explained the basic functions of the key attributes. For some of us who think they can probably figure it out on our own the little speed bump and wake up call save a LOT of time.

Très bonne expérience. Au début j'avais un peu de mal mais tout est venu très vite. Je l'utilise essentiellement pour ma paperasse professionnelle avec les administrations lorsque j'ai besoin de signer.Non seulement on fait des économies de papier mais en plus si on n'a pas d'imprimante ou qu'on se trouve sur le mobile ou la tablette on peut utiliser cette application. C'est top !
Pas besoin d'avoir un logiciel qui prend de la place dans l'ordinateur ou autre. Pas de risque de chopper un virus en téléchargeant !Facilité d'utilisation hors normes !
Je ne vois aucun point faible pour le moment. Si c'est le cas j'en ferai part.

The only thing that I was unsure of was how to request a signature, and if the recipient would be able to sign it in pdfFiller.

What do you like best?
I like how simple it is to navigate fields. The program is really good about identifying editable fields in all documents.
What do you dislike?
I think they can improve the downloading/saving function. There seem to be more steps than one would expect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for software that is simple and allows you to edit PDF files easily, this is your program. I feel the least amount of pain when renewing my subscription. For me, it is a must-have tool.
