I used the service like the service, but until I got to print a copy of the SR-1 form, I thought I was using the government's free website for submitting an SR-1 form. The only real flaw in my opinion is the lack of clarity about the free trial. The user can modify his document and only when downloading it he is asked to register with a payment method.
