easy software to use and afords most of the functions that I need the ease of use and the price, availability of pdf acord forms on line, and ability to revise forms with the pdf fromat does not have some of the functions that would make it even more useful to an insurance agent, i.e. the ability to attach emails and the ability to document conversations for reference and use of other team members

Copy a text box Click the border of the text box that you want to copy. Press Ctrl+C. Note: Make sure the pointer is on the border of the text box, not inside it. If the pointer is inside, pressing Ctrl+C will copy the text, not the text box. Select a location and press Ctrl+V to paste the text box.
Format with Properties to have a Fill and Stroke. Right click and choose Duplicate Across All Pages. If you need text, then as long as all text boxes have the same name in Properties, then changing the text in one will update all.
Click somewhere in the document, then press Ctrl + A (Windows) or ⌘ Command + A (Mac) to select all text in the document. Copy the text. Once the text is selected, you can copy it by pressing Ctrl + C (Windows) or ⌘ Command + C (Mac).
Select(long press/select icon) the page(s) you want to copy. Tap the 'Copy' icon at the top-right corner of the screen. Tap '+' button on the place where you want to paste and select 'Paste Pages' to paste the page(s) into the current PDF.
Click somewhere in the document, then press Ctrl + A (Windows) or ⌘ Command + A (Mac) to select all text in the document. Copy the text. Once the text is selected, you can copy it by pressing Ctrl + C (Windows) or ⌘ Command + C (Mac). Another way to do this is to open the Edit menu and select “Copy File to Clipboard.”
