It does make my life quite a bit easier to edit PDF's. However, if there was an actual way of actually being able to edit the words already typed previous (rather than erasing lots and retyping and aligning) that would save me a lot more time! Am I missing it some where on here? Is there a way to just edit previously typed PDF's?

As a small business owner in the healthcare field, we do not have the resources to have much administrative support. I have had a hard time figuring out how to easily share and send the form you want and the notifications when you receive it back. Wish I could save the docket in my own files

Great online chat support!
Support when I've needed it has been great which I can rarely say about most companies these days. While the program tends to be a little cumbersome it works for what I need it to. When I have issues the online chat support has been great an very little wait to get to someone. John resolved my issue over the weekend and Kara fixed the one I had this morning - I really appreciate both their help!

Easy to use. I always send the doc to myself before emailing to final destination, just so I know what it looks like on the receiver's end. Adding a personal note to the email is a bit cumbersome--could be better explained of who sees what.
