This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. Sometimes I get logged out ... not a real problem, but as I work from multiple computers sometimes it adds and extra step for me.

Easy Forms
It has been good, but the saving of the files is not that easy, have to upload document every time you want a new copy.
The easiness to write pdf's and print them out.
The documents are not categorized and it would make it easier to find.

This is only used once in awhile.
Being able to take a PDF and change it to Word document. Being able to add comments to a PDF is easy as well.
This needs easier user instructions so use can make the changes needed. It can difficult to find the processes.

Easy to use with all the features we need for a pdf
The way you allow to edit document is really great. Adding pages and adding images to pages works really well. Finally some application that has almost all the features we need to create or edit pdf.

Really very convenient, far more handier than the others selectable with a quick google search.....not sure about $20 monthly fee though. An account with a paid service per use would also be handy, but 9/10
