Happy with PDFfiller! PDFfiller makes the documents that individuals within my company need to use frequently, more readily available, an improved option to frequently having to make copies before working with clients. I really appreciate the functionality and ease of use for the product. The fact that it is possible to create a fillable PDF, to be used by multiple people or times. Uploading documents is extremely easy and the layout on the website makes all features easy to find. My absolute favorite thing is that you can sign things by singing from your phone, or saving a signature that you already have saved. My only frustration is that if you download a fillable PDF, even when saving it will a different name, you can't print it with the content. I have found that I have to import the document and then print directly from the website, yet when uploaded the document makes the typed font smaller. Another tricky thing is that if you want to create a fillable PDF you must meticulously go through the document to check and highlight anything that you want to be able to fill information.

Fill in the Blank Love what this has done for making my job so much easier at a very reasonable rate. For my business this was and is the best tool I have for putting together insurance reports. Build or scan in a template and fill in the blanks when you need to send a report out. BAHM! DONE! Probably something I have not spent enough time to figure out yet but as of now each time I fill in a blank template it auto saves it so my original always has to be cleared before new entry.

needed a PDF filler software easy to use easy to fill out lots of PDF forms without hassle Easy to use. Can save forms for future use. Does not require any extra learning. Intuitive format makes easy for anyone to use. Cost was a bit much, but decided the year membership was the best savings deal. Have used it multiple times already in the first few months so I am glad I did not do a month to month membership.

A great Program Its a good program, but it takes a few minutes to get use to the actual text placement for your fill in. I did not try the signature feature. I will continue to use this program. I'll use it more often as I get use to it.

Terms of Sale. These are the payments terms that you and the buyer have agreed on. Payment in Advance. Immediate Payment. Net 7, 10, 30, 60, 90. 2/10 Net 30. Line of Credit Pay. Quotes & Estimates. Recurring Invoice.
Terms of payment is the length of time given to a buyer to pay off the amount due. It could be an upfront deposit, c.o.d., or a deferred payment of 30 days or more. Common invoice terms are Net 30 which means payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
The shorter, the better. Invoice terms vary across industries. For example, manufacturers except a payment to be made within 30 days, aka NET 30. In the fashion or construction industries, the norm is NET 30 or NET 60. With Freelancers, this could be anywhere from 30 to 60 days.
15 days is customarily the minimum. Remember payment may need to be routed through accounting, or the mail if a check is sent. You can't expect or require immediate payment in most cases, even though it's nice when clients do that. For a weekly invoice, with 15 days you'll always be a week behind.
Invoice Header If you grant the customer time to pay the bill, you can use the word Net followed by the number of days the customer has to pay, such as Net 7 days or Net 30 days. You may use the term Net E.O.M if you give customers until the end of the month to pay.

If you require payment before releasing goods or performing services, you might write, Payment due in advance. You might say that payment is Due upon receipt when the buyer receives the goods or when
