It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

As a small business owner in the healthcare field, we do not have the resources to have much administrative support. Really like the program.
As mentioned. I use it to update my catalog prices and images for printing.
That it allows me to erase certain parts of my document and insert others. I couldn't figure out how to add my prices to an already made catalog I use.
That I have to come out of the document to look at the completed changes then go back in if it's incorrect.

I had not fully explored the features of this application but I needed to get something rather urgently. Kara was very patient in explaining to me all that I needed to do. i find it easy to use. but i was wondering if there's a way to order a 3page document that when i wright on the first it goes through the other 2 so i can have a copy for the customer and 2 for the ofice.

Impressive customer service
I needed pdfFiller for one time use so subscribed and immediately cancelled my subscription when I had finished. A month later I was charged $96.
