Well I paid for the year then could not access a file I did the same day. Then I sent my accountant a file via attachment since he says "not technical" & could not open it in pdfiller file, so I sent as attachment so he could complete but he could not so he wrote it in now I have to complete it & paying him the same.

Awesome product!! Fax and Documents Its so easy to use! I like the fact that i can easily send faxes of the document that i created! I can now get rid of three other services i paid for and just use PDF FILLER! I wish their was a line i could call to get tech support because I am sometimes in need of a really quick question. There were a few instances where I would download my signed document for it to turn out completely blank (in the free version), but then I'd just download it again and that usually solves the issue.

I apparently didn't understand the subscription options either, like other reviewers. But after seeing unexpected charges on my CC statement I contacted them and they immediately reversed the charges. Efficient, professional, no problem. I think the subscription charges/contracts could be clearer, but on the other hand I was moving pretty fast so maybe it was my error solely. Anyway, no harm no foul. The product itself worked fine. I have no comparison so all I can say is it functions and got my job done.
