Smooth fillable process
Smooth fillable process. It's just the end of the process, saving the document and accessing it that I still need to get used to. I don't feel too comfortable as I feel like my documents are not easily accessible if I forget my password. I guess it's a matter of getting used to. If this app does as it looks so far, I can cancel 2 subscriptions for a pdf editor and digital signature app. This will consolidate our work into 1 location. I'm still learning the app but so far, I like it.

I inadvertently established trial accounts under two different emails for PDFFILLER.. Although I found the product to be useful and efficient, i decided that I did not have the volume of **** to justify an ongoing subscription and canceled. A paypal charge a month later for a year's subscription alerted me to still having an active acct under a 2nd email address. I immediately contacted customer support via Chat and within a matter of minutes the agent terminated the account and send a credit back to my paypal account. Truly amazing customer service! Further, I would HIGHLY ********* PDFFILLER for any one needing to alter a significant volume of **** -- it is a very good product."

Great features. Easy to learn.
The features I've used so far have been fantastic. pdfFiller is quick and easy to learn. The only feature it doesn't have that I would utilise is when creating a form and using the 'formula' option I'd like to be able to add formulas like in excel e.g. =field_1 so that I can duplicate a form entry where it has been entered previously. I chatted with the live support team about this and they were fast to respond & took this request onboard for future updates. A great product and fantastic customer service.

pdfFiller has been amazing since I had to start working from home. It has allowed me to send in forms that I would normally have to print out write on and scan then email them back. This has cut down the middle man as well as saving me from getting a printer scanner and paper. It is time, cost and environmentally friendly.
