I LOVE THIS SERVICE SO FAR. IT HAS ALLOWED ME TO CREATE THE DEMOGRAPHICS FORM FOR TAX PAYERS IN THE LAY OUT THAT I ALWAYS DESIRED. THE BONUS TO THE LAYOUT IS THE PDF FILL IN THAT ALLOWS YOU TO INSTRUCT THE CLIENT RIGHT WITHIN THE CELL. I really like this, I am using it more than I thought I would. It has made everything very convenient. I also like the fact that the program remembers things that I've previously typed. It saves time for sure!

I love it but have trouble navigating some aspects.The printed version doesn't look as nice as the screen version. I love being able to complete paperwork online, filling it in and getting it sent back.

I like PDF filler for quick fill in of forms. One thing that isn't great is that it won't load certain docs that have had electronic signatures - I know it is to protect that doc but sometimes its a pain.

What do you like best?
The ability to add a template, and utilize the template instead of creating a new document every time.

The interface of PDF isn't as modernized as some other products are.
