this makes filling out medical forms sooo much easier. I can fill them out and email them back without needing to print them and rescan or fax them back. Thank you for this wonderful software !
So this being a followup review I can tell you I still love it as much as I did before. I was able to use it to fill out medical forms and also a form for a winter retreat. The only drawback to this PDFfiller.com is the cost.

Great Product
This software has helped mainly with electronic signature creation but also with overall PDF edits.
The software offers a number of options for editing PDFs and is fairly user-friendly. It has an easy layout.
I do not like the fact that the software can lag when working with slightly larger documents. It can also be time-consuming to learn more advanced features.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Very good service
Very good service. I used it once to fix my resume and forgot to cancel. Accidentally subscribed for an annual subscription so was shocked to see $321 come out of my account. That was all the money I had. I got in touch with the customer support team and they refunded the money and cancelled my subscription immediately. 10* customer service - love you PDFFiller!
