Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. Pdffiller has by far the best support team that I have ever experienced. They can be contacted day or night to help resolve any problem or question I have had. They are fast and provide answers promptly. They even send links or videos to show you how to solve the problem. Pdffiller is great for sending fillable and signable documents used in the medical field because they offer hippa compliance, encryption and secure cloud storage. I highly recommend pdffiller.

That the application makes editing documents that can be difficult to edit in certain formats simple.

I dislike that there are some formats that this application cannot edit.

Solving the problem of editing time documents that get distorted in Google Docs or Microsoft. The benefit of being able to cut major time from editing projects by utilizing the many features.

Not your fault, but I need my "original signature" on the form for the form to be accepted. I was sooo excited that, during this whole COVID-19 isolation I could get this document notarized here! Ugh... Ridiculous. I may try it anyway as the delay in getting this done the way their website says they want it will be more ridiculous after my quarantine....hmmmm

I was able to find any form that I needed to fill out. PdFiller was instrumental in helping me fill out additional tax forms needed to file my taxes. All the forms were there already! There's even away to have your documents sent/mailed to the intended party! I wish there was a way I could have a subscription for a much lower amount that's based on my usage. Right now the price point is decent for a person that uses it frequently like multiple times a day.
