The form 1096 is not current in the video shown - it shows 2012 and the number 7 is different for 2016, so would like an explanation of what NEC means. Thought I could use this for 1099 and also 1096 but still need to use IRs forms to send them, so dissapointing. Wondering what I will use this service for - does it allow ALL pdf files that I receive to be opened and edited? If so, then useful. Otherwise, probably short lived for me.Thx

Essential software
Being able to fill in pdf's is great! It saves so many steps and looks more professional. Before I would have to print a form, fill it in by hand, scan it back into the computer and then send it on. Now I can fill in necessary information, neatly typed and send it on.
Once in awhile I have a hard time making it do what I want when I am trying to change a document.

I love PDFfiller!!! It does everything I need for the office at a fair price.
I am able to find time to bill insurance with the ease and use of this software. I wouldn't even bother without it.

Great Program to help buyer's get their electronically signed documents
It makes it much easier for the buyer to get documents that can be electronically signed.
Quality of the documents that get sent to my buyer's is fantastic. The look of the documents are professional quality
Ease of use. It is hard to remember how to set up the file to get to the buyer quickly. I always have to try it 2 different times to get it right.

So far
So far, so excellent. User experience takes a little getting used to, but a quick google shows you how to do it. And I haven't found anything yet that it wont do. Great tool. Used it for about 40 documents so far. Splicing things together, re-wording and cutting and changing dates. Basically editing everything imaginable in pdf.

What is a time charter agreement?
A time charter — is a contract for the hire of a named vessel for a specified period of time. i) The charterers agree to hire from the shipowner a named vessel, of specified technical characteristics, for an agreed period of time, for the charterer's purposes subject to agreed restrictions.
What does Time Charter mean?
A time charter is the hiring of a vessel for a specific period of time. The owner still manages the vessel, but the charterer selects the ports and directs the vessel where to go. The charterer pays for all fuel the vessel consumes, port charges, commissions, and a daily hire to the owner of the vessel.
What is the difference between bare boat charter and time charter?
A bare boat charter is also referred to as a demise charter. Under this the owner of the ship gives its possession to a charterer who hires his own crew and master. A time charter refers to a ship that has been hired by a person for carrying out a trade for a specific period of time.
How does a charter ship work?
Chartering is an activity within the shipping industry. A voyage charter is the hiring of a vessel and crew for a voyage between a load port and a discharge port. The charterer pays the vessel owner on a per-ton or lump-sum basis. The owner pays the port costs (excluding steering), fuel costs and crew costs.

How is charter equivalent time calculated?
Time charter equivalent is calculated by taking voyage revenues, subtracting voyage expense, including canal, bunker and port costs, and then dividing the total by the round-trip voyage duration in days. It gives shipping companies a tool to measure period-to-period changes.
