I am readily able to save documents and fill them out online copy and re-create new documents from previous ones. It is user friendly. I can send them to multiple clients at once for signatures with e-sign option.

It is a convenient application
It is a convenient application which allows professional appearance to forms. I am a little concerned about shared documents which need editing if the recipient is not a subscriber.

How do you change a footnote format?
To change the formatting of the footnote numbers, select the Footnotes Reference Style. If you want to change the formatting of the footnote text at the bottom of the page, select the Footnote Text Style. Click Modify, and then change the formatting options (font, size, and so on).
Can you shorten footnotes?
The first time a source is cited in your paper, the corresponding note should include all relevant source information. However, to reduce the overall bulk of publications which use footnotes or end notes, subsequent usage of that source only requires you to use a shortened version of that citation.
How do you make a footnote number smaller?
Select the number or symbol you added to the footnote text at the bottom of the slide. Click the Font tab, and under Effects, select Superscript. Superscript makes the number or symbol smaller and slightly above the normal line of text.
How do you reduce space in footnotes?
Go to the View tab, then choose Draft. Go to the References tab and click Show Footnotes. (In the drop-down list that appears in the Footnotes area, choose Footnote Separator. Delete any extra spaces, carriage returns etc. Repeat for the other one I think it was Continuous Footnote Separator.
How do you in text cite a footnote?
Footnotes are listed at the bottom of the page on which a citation is made. A numeral is placed in the text to indicate the cited work and again at the bottom of the page in front of the footnote. A footnote lists the author, title and details of publication, in that order.
