I'm usually in and out of there to get what I need done, but I did have to search a few times and thought I needed to clean up that home screen.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. I used it to complete a PDF, the only one that let me do it.
I could complete a PDF I needed but that was for a game of Dungeons and Dragons that was done online as recreation with fellow students.
I just tried the free trial and those things were kind of lacking but that's to be expected, nothing else though.

The format is easy to understand and quite intuitive. Very quick loading times. My only problem is that text boxes do not align correctly to the pdf that I am editing - they are too high.
