What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to edit the content of a PDF. I've recently had to adjust a few documents which were not previously editable for me, and this has made it simple to keep things updated.

I would like to be able to choose the file destination when selecting Save As, rather than it defaulting to my Downloads folder.

Makes pdf edition easier
In our office we need to fill a lot of IRS, FDOR and Court forms. This software allows us to fill them and save them a feature most of the governmental entities don't allow us. It also allows us to erase and edit all pdfs which makes our lives easier. It also allows you to load a document from every possible location, even has its own data of forms.
What I don't like about this software is that in order to go to the next page you can't roll down you have to switch pages and sometimes I end up missing a page of the document.

PDf FIller worked Well. We are a tax service and the application was very useful. It would be great to have a library of fillable IRS forms too. Maybe this could be a future product option?

How do I reduce my average handle time?

How do you calculate average handle time?
To calculate AHT, add your total talk time + total hold time + total after-call tasks, and then divide by the number of total calls. That is your average handle time.
How do you calculate weighted average handle time?
Weighted Averages This is done by multiplying each day's average handling time by the number of calls received during the day, and dividing by the total calls received. On day one, the call center fielded 1000 calls, with AHT of 5 minutes. (5 minutes * 1000 calls).
Why is average handle time important?
Things get more complex when a customer has a long wait time and a long handle time. The lower the AHT, the more efficient a call center tends to be operating. It means a representative can handle more calls, more customers can be served, and customers will see resolutions more quickly.
