Nothing... I could get more options by upgrading my subsctiption but I am fine as it is for now.

What do you like best?
I love that PDF Fillers allows me to use me to organize my files into folders. I am able to sort my files and access with ease.
What do you dislike?
I wish the platform would be available a downloadable app for the desktop.It would be easier than logging on to a website.

The pdf filler is get if you really need to get yourself organized. It's also great for signing documents. The pdfFiller also is easy to navigate.

I love that PDF Filler saves my files where I left off. Sometimes I find myself in the middle of a lot of things and have my information saved makes it a lot easier for me.

A nice looking final document with legible information as opposed to my illegible handwriting. No need for a typewriter to fill in blanks on forms which means more space for other equipment.

Perfect for merging multiple JPG images into a compact PDF
This app / web page allowed me to easily merge six JPG image files (each 2550x3300 pixels, some included photos) into a single compressed PDF document that was small enough (7MB) to be easily shared as an email attachment. Did exactly the job I wanted it to!

How do you remove someone from your lease?
Unfortunately, if you're a renter, you can't remove someone's name from your lease. That means if your roommate or ex wants to stay, or keep coming back periodically, and leave their belongings, there's nothing you can do. Your landlord is under no obligation to remove your roommate's name from the lease.
How can you get out of a lease?
Understand the potential penalties. The landlord tenant laws that allow you to break a lease are different from state to state. Check your lease. Talk to your landlord about breaking a lease. Offer to help find a new tenant. Consider subletting to avoid breaking a lease.
How do you get out of a lease early?

How can I break my apartment lease without penalty?
Look for loopholes in your lease agreement. Check the laws in your state. Prove to your landlord that the situation is out of your control.
