The UI is outstanding and very effortless. Very impressed.
My only issue was with advanced features. Would have liked to know ahead of time that they were additional fee. Everything looks included and don't like being told something cost money after the fact. Second, when telling me I had to upgrade to get additional feature, it should show the difference between what I am paying verses the new amount. I was on personal plan ($6) but to get the features I needed it was ($10). It said it was $10 for advanced plan but I didn't know if that meant $10 MORE than I was already paying. I had to open site in incognito mode, look at plans to figure it out... not fun.
Lastly, I was trying to send 2 separate PDFs as one doc. It took me a while to figure out where Merge was. I didn't understand why all the options under Actions were greyed out. That was very frustrating and should be improved.

I like the ease to update a document quickly and effectively.

I wish that it was more intuitive I.e. when I erase something, ask what I’d like to do next and learn my behavior.

PDF Filler
PDF Filler made my job easier, I can now get out, receive and process documents in a more timely manner.
I love PDF Filler! What great software. It is so professional to have my documents be PDF fillable and helps my Members who do not have easy access to a computer.
Hmm... There is really nothing that I dislike about PDF Filler. I just wish I had it on every computer.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. My company provides Customer Support for the Video Gaming industry, so I know the value of a positive CS experience. Way to Go, ****!

Doing exactly what I want. Have .pdf bank statements that can only upload in .csv format, so converting to Excel then to .csv and can do my work in no time at all.

Excellent, excellent customer service! I contacted the company because I was charged a subscription fee which I wasn't aware that I had not yet cancelled. The customer service representative called Anna, I believe, immediately informed me that the subscription would be cancelled and an email to that effect was sent to me. I was also informed that my money would be refunded shortly....and indeed, it was returned to my card in 48 hours. Although, I don't have need for their services at this time, I would definitely use them at a later date, should the need arise.

How do I remove AMD custom resolution?
To delete this resolution, first go to the OS resolution page and change the resolution”.

If I then go to the Radon Panel and try to delete the Custom Resolution it gives me the same error messages, still saying: “The Custom Resolution is currently in use. To delete this resolution, first go to the OS resolution page and change the resolution”.

Right-click on the Desktop and select Display Settings. Click on the Resolution drop-down menu to access a list of supported resolutions available for this display device. Choose your desired resolution from the list presented. Click Apply to use the new resolution.
