Easy to use, but seems like a lot of steps to go through to get to the documents and to save them to my computer. I have to save it to my computer to print it because printing from the program doesn't get it all printed on the 8.5x11" paper so leaves information off.

so far so good. Not the easiest to find document while logged in. I find I have to do a search on the document from a web browser to get to it. PFDfiller couldn't find the doc from within the app.

I had an initial difficult time getting use to the program. I have now fine tuned the functions and have accessed the benefits. The support online was informative and patient with my frustrations. I will recommend this program to my clients and co-workers. The cost is reasonable.

Quite honestly I never knew when my subscription ended I found out when it ended,i believe you should make it more of a mgrand exit because i continued using this service way after i should have great service though

What do you like best?
Love that you can type the form number or name and have access to it. Also love how easy it is to create your own fillable form.
What do you dislike?
I think it could be more user friendly in terms of navigating around the site, docs, templates, etc.

What do you like best? I receive notifications to my Gmail account on my phone and the computer. I like knowing when documents I fax for insurance companies and claims are received or if there was an error. I like the Word to PDF option and how I can send signature requests to individuals. I like the editing features as well. What do you dislike? I don't have any complaints for what I use pdfFiller for. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is very simple to understand and use. I've utilized it every day since since I purchased it back around February 2020. It also keeps a paper trail audit which is helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can send faxes directly from my computer/printer or my cell phone. It is very convenient. I know immediately if the fax was not received. I know when I receive a fax, which is also nice. Use the Delete Voucher page (VCR_DELETE1) to delete vouchers. Note: PeopleS oft Payables enables you to select only those vouchers that are eligible for deletion. The vouchers cannot have been posted or selected for payment, nor can any portion of the vouchers ever have been paid.
The Voucher Build process controls the release of the vouchers based on the contract release date option that is specified for the PeopleS oft Payables business unit on the Payables Definition — Voucher Build page. The Voucher Build process selects contract data that is staged to the contract staging tables.
The first step is to create a Voucher. Its entry status will be Open. When you save the voucher, the system validates the information of your input. You can create a voucher in different ways, online or through a batch process.
Voucher Life Cycle in PeopleS oft. A voucher is an internal document that is used to make a payment to an external entity, such as a vendor or service provider. Normally, you can create a voucher when you receive an invoice from the vendor, after the purchase order.
Create vouchers using the online Invoice Information page or Quick Invoice Entry page. Define a voucher posting request using the Voucher Posting Request page.
A voucher helps in recording expenses or a liability and further helps in its payment. They are also called source documents as they help in identifying the source of a transaction. A few examples of vouchers include bill receipts, cash memos, pay-in-slips, checks, an invoice, a debit or credit note.
A voucher is an internal document describing and authorizing the payment of a liability to a supplier. The identification number of the supplier. The amount to be paid. The date on which payment should be made. The accounts to be charged to record the liability.
To create a journal voucher: Select Journal Voucher as the voucher style on the add search page for the Voucher component and click Add. Enter your new distribution lines. Journal vouchers are zero-amount vouchers; you cannot copy any source documents.
