Great program. It did everything I needed and more. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, right at the time I"ve been having a problem. Copies of online chat sent to my email to remind me of how to deal with issues in the future. I'd rate these folks an A plus.

Need online access, sometimes struggling for no network access, helpful if you have the mobile apps for signing PDF Files. Also would be great if can be exported in secure PDF

What does it mean when your employer puts you on a pip?
A PIP is a tool used to identify an employee's performance deficiencies and the necessary steps the employee must take toward improvement to maintain employment and avoid being fired. Employees are usually provided a certain deadline by which the requirements of the PIP must be met, often 30 or 60 days.
Should I quit if I'm on PIP?
I Received a Performance Improvement Plan; Should I Quit? If you were put on a performance improvement plan, it's generally not a good idea to quit unless you find another job first. You can beat the PIP, even if it was secretly created to force you out.
What happens when you are put on pip?
No, a PIP is not the same as being laid off or fired. Rather, it's a tool to monitor performance and encourage and support behavior change. However, you can be fired while on a PIP if you do not meet the documented expectations. You can also be terminated at the end of the PIP if you fail to improve your performance.
Does a pip mean I'm getting fired?
Some companies use PIPs frequently. In those companies, it's common for employees to “get put on a PIP,” then come off the PIP and go back to the status quo. In other companies, receiving a PIP is one bunny-hop away from termination.
