I cannot believe how wonderful this website is!! I can edit any PDF, fill out forms, send from the website and they even have an option to mail it for me! Definitely exceeded my expectations and I've never seen any other website or app like this. I KNOW I will be renewing this every year, especially how affordable it is!

We love how easy this system is to use for all of our real estate transaction documents. Very easy to navigate on a PC / MAC on a great app for your phone! When on the go we find it very easy to upload a contract document to make changes or to obtain a signature. I also use the program to edit any items for personal use as well. I find using the system helps me integrate school documents for my children. It is a great addition to anyone who owns a business and is looking for a nice way to conduct business at home or on the go! I highly recommend the app to anyone and find it very helpful. Definitely put the app on your mobile device! It work fantastic!

Makes PDF files easy to manage!
It makes it easy for our employees to attain and manage pdf files on the go. It saves every time and is easily accessible.
There are times when it takes a few times to bring up the document. This may just be an internet issue on my end.

How do you endorse a check for deposit only?
Write “For Deposit Only” on the top endorsement line. This restrictive endorsement ensures that the check's funds can only be deposited in a bank account in your name. If someone finds your check, they won't be able to do anything with it.
Do you have to sign the back of a check to deposit it?
In order to deposit or cash a check, you first need to endorse it. Blank endorsement: A blank endorsement is made by signing your name on the back of the check. You must sign it exactly the way it appears on the Pay to the Order of line.
What happens if you don't sign the back of a check?
Without a signature, the check might be sent back to the issuer, resulting in fees and delays in getting your money. Even if your bank deposits a check without a signature on the back, and you see the money added to your account, that check might get rejected a week or two later.
Can you cross out a signature on the back of a check?
Cross out the mistake and write the correction on the check. If it's a misspelled name, write the misspelled name and the corrected name on the back of the check with your signature.
Which type of check endorsement is for deposit only?
Restrictive endorsement. This type of endorsement includes your signature and the words, “for deposit only.” A check endorsed this way can be deposited into a bank account but not cashed. If you write “for deposit only” and include a bank account number, the check can be deposited only into that account.
What is a special endorsement on a check?
Special Endorsement A special endorsement allows a payee to make a check payable to another person or entity. For example, if John Doe, the payee, wants to make the check payable to his wife, Susan Doe, he would write Pay to the order of Susan Doe, on the back of the check and then endorse it.
What are the 4 types of endorsements?
There is no requirement that the word “order” be embodied in the endorsement. Four principal kinds of endorsements exist: special, blank, restrictive, and qualified. An endorsement that clearly indicates the individual to whom the instrument is payable is a special endorsement.
