Saves me from taking up so much of my memory on the office computers. Easy access and you can edit your documents anytime.
It is very handy and you can save your work plus be able to edit your documents at a later time....
need to be able to tab from filler boxes and be able to automatically type in the boxes without having to add text boxes

How do you correct a mistake on a check?
To fix a small mistake when you're writing a check, like writing the date incorrectly, first make a small line through your mistake. Then, write the correct numbers or letters to the right of what you've crossed out. Finally, write your initials next to what you've changed, and fill out the rest of the check.
How do you correct a check amount?
Common Check Errors and Acceptable Corrections When check amounts don't match, the written amount is the legal amount. State statutes always value words over numbers. To correct the numeric amount, enter the correct total above the incorrect numerals, circle the correct amount and initial the change.
Can you change the amount on a check?
4 Answers. From working in a bank: Void the check and write a new one. Any change, even if initialed, could be considered suspicious, and cause for the bank to refuse to accept the check (they may still accept it at their discretion). It's better to be safe than sorry, so write out a new check that is correct.
What happens if you mess up on a check?
If the written amount is incorrect, you will not be able to correct it in a way the bank would accept. You'll need to void the check and start over. Your bank may accept checks with incorrect dates based on pattern recognition, meaning they are checks you write regularly.
Which amount on a check is the legal amount?

it should not be, that is how you sign a check over to someone else. First: Do not white-out anything on the check. There IS a big problem if the person endorsing it is NOT the payee and an attempt to deposit or cash the check to the benefit of anyone else is made. This is illegal.
