THIS APP IS AMAZING ! It has helped me countless times in my personal life and my business ! The template library is huge, I do wish there were more options when it comes to editing a pdf or a library form .

What do you like best?
I like the choice of fonts because one can add changes or complete empty fields to a pdf and by using a different font from the original text it is clear that the additions are different from the original.. Also I like that one can add circles, check marks, "X" to a doc. And can erase portions of text.

I dislike that you have to pay extra to add or subtract pages from a pdf.

My hand writing is very poor. So I use PDFiller to compensate for this deficiency..

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't…
I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Great service and they got my refund and account canceled quickly. Thank you to Alice from support

This program is amazing. It is so easy to add images and text to existing pdf files not to mention how fast it is. I needed to add my logos and information to my suppliers product pdfs and this saved me a lot of time and got the job done! Thanks!

I had a misunderstanding with PDFfiller . . . thought that I had cancelled my subscription immediately after discovering that it didn’t fit my needs, but something went wrong, & I was charged for a one year subscription at the end of a 30 day trial period (didn’t realize that I was in it). When I went to the Customer Assistance website & explained the problem, PDFfiller immediately refunded the amount charged. Honorable people!

Can we pay stamp duty in cash?
You can pay for stamp duties and legal fees using your CPF First, you can only use the money in your CPF Ordinary Account (CPF OA). Next, if you're buying an already completed house (the house is not under construction), you must pay the stamp duties in cash first.
Does stamp duty have to be paid in cash?
The biggest trump card of a builder or seller is that buyer need not pay stamp duty on cash payment. In many cases, the buyer is not comfortable with a cash payment, but a carrot of savings in stamp duty is tempting enough for a buyer. As a buyer, you can always save stamp duty through legal and rightful manner.
Can stamp duty be avoided?
You'll automatically avoid Stamp Duty if you buy a property for less than £125,000. But for many homebuyers this just isn't possible. There are other circumstances in which Stamp Duty is either not payable or can be reduced: Slightly overrate band.

Who benefits more from being paid in cash?
Generally, the company pays the employee with cash since it's harder to trace. The intent of the employer and employee is to avoid paying taxes. When a company can not pay taxes then that company gives money under the table. When the company pays the worker's wages, the tax is not deducted from it and does not pay tax.
