Makes My Job Easy
I use PDFfiller to create contracts and purchase orders. For contracts, I typically input data into Excel, and then use PDFfiller to create the finished contract from my Excel data. For purchase orders, I use PDFfiller to edit document information, highlight items, and sign the document. This saves me the hassle of having to print out documents, edit them by hand, and then scan/fax them. Very happy with PDFfiller, as it most certainly makes my job easier.
PDFfiller has all the features that I need for my documents: adding a logo, highlighting, and drawing. I also think that it's great how you can seamlessly use Excel data to fill out forms automatically. This is especially helpful when creating contracts.
The price is a little steep for what I see as somewhat of a basic software concept; however, it's worth it in my opinion. There is also a decent learning curve, but once you get the hang of all features, you can automate things and fill out your PDFs very quickly.

Very quick and easy but in the end actually only needed for a one-time use so didn't make financial sense to pay further for 'just-in-case' use.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Do commercial leases require a deposit?
Two months' rent deposit is standard for most commercial leases. Exceptions to this rule come into effect when the landlord's risk increases. That means either the landlord is spending a lot of money to build the space for the tenant or the tenant may have some difficulties paying the rent (or both).
How much is a commercial lease security deposit?
How much should the damage/security deposit be? Damage deposits are usually equivalent to the maximum of one month's rent, but can be any amount that the landlord decides upon in a commercial setting. Security deposits can vary from one up to three months rent depending upon the tenant and industry.
