I love PDF filler overall. It is a little cumbersome for my purposes because I'm printing out documents for patients while they are seated in front of me. The pages take time to load. Maybe that is my computer. I have to click several times to get to the final print link. But, I like the ease of editing documents.

it was not clear when I began my document that there would be a charge. I don't plan to use the program long term and would appreciate the option to pay for just one month without automatic renewal.

The platform is very good, it fulfills exactly what it promises, it is even compatible with the NVDA screen reader for people with visual limitations. Unfortunately there is no language version in PT-BR, and in some tool icons the NVDA screen reader does not read.

We use a softwar for processing IRS forms as a template. It always works as expected with no errors. It is quick and easy to learn.

Some functions are not readily apparent but overall it is a great tool. I had difficulty when it auto-filled a date field that I wanted to leave blank. I struggled to clear it because the dropdown appeared every time I tried, and if I deleted the current date got restored by the dropdown. Then after I finally blanked the field it jumped to another and did the same thing. Once I got that cleared it would not let me go to the next page, insisting I populate another field intentionally left blank. I used the slider to jump forward and then approach the page I wanted from the other direction.

What do you like best?
PDF Filler has been a game changer for my business. Not only can I edit pdf documents In a neat and professional way, but also rearrange documents in whatever order I want, delete any pages from a document that isn't needed, and the access to the cloud makes things so much easier to be able to work my saved work from anywhere and any computer.
What do you dislike?
My one just like really is that for signature it used to date and timestamp but at some point that disappearing and I don't know how to get it back.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PDF filler program is just such a user friendly system. It allows anyone to be able to use this and succeed
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The major benefit for me is being able to access all my documents through your cloud system which allowe me to have access to all my saved work at any time.

Great communication and customer service!
I haven’t used their service but I was being charged yearly by mistake for whatever weird reason, and they immediately gave me a refund and apologized. These guys are on the ball! Couldn’t complain if I tried.

Can you deposit a PDF check?
When you choose to print your Digital Check, you will be provided a PDF version of the Check that needs to be endorsed on the back with your signature before depositing. Deposit your Check by taking a picture of it inside the app.
Can I deposit a copy of a check?
You cannot cash a photocopy of a check because if you photocopy a check, you are actually counterfeiting that item and state laws make it a criminal offense to pass counterfeit checks.
Can a legal copy of a check be deposited?
Substitute checks are copies of an original check which are accepted as legally valid by banks. Banks can use photos or photocopies of an original check in order to make a substitute. However, these replicas must be made by the bank itself in order to be valid.
Can you deposit an emailed check?
Checkbook lets you email anyone a digital check and deposit it free. The startup today launches its digital check service where you can send anyone a check with just their email address, and they can deposit it immediately online to get their money or even print it out.
Is it safe to email a copy of a check?
When there's a paper check involved, the only way to use the information is to get a copy of the check. In most situations, the check is destroyed soon after it is uploaded to a secure system. It might be photographed or turned into an electronic image, but those copies generally are safe. Email is not a secure system.
Can I photocopy a check?
It's illegal to photocopy full color, full-sized, double-sided copies of the United States paper currency and U.S. Treasury checks. If you're copying unused postage stamps, make sure they're black-and-white copies or color copies that are no more than three-fourths of the original size.
