The support team are the BEST!I didn’t understand that I was signing up a yearly subscription. I wanted to use the pdf only once. I notice in my account they charge me for a yearly subscription. Are you one that needs to easily sign documents and return by email? this is the software to use

I really liked how the software navigates you through the document so quickly so you don't forget to fill in any information, and it tells you if the recipient receives it.
It's supposed to have just about any document you would need or want but I couldn't find any of the ones I needed. It was frustrating trying to look for a document and not be able to figure out where the list was.

It is a great help in editing documents, specially when there are corrections needed to be made. Files that cannot be converted to a Word or Excel file is easily edited here.

I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.
