At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. Great product at a great price w awesome customer support

Easy to fill forms!
This software is very easy to use, I'm able to fill forms we use over and over again. Adding signatures is simple and seamless.
Switching between pages. I'm used to rolling down with my mouse. I also noticed a bit of delays, but it might be our network connection.

Overall a great product
Overall very easy to use, tools are easy to manage and it's great at converting PDF to Word.
It is a little expensive but other than that, no issues.

I love how easy it is to use when filling out multiple page forms such as medical forms.
Price Point. If you don't do a lot of forms/saving forms you should pay a lessor amount.

My county require residential construction plans modified to meet 140 mph wind standards. I was unable to reach my building designer. I was able to cut and paste drawings from the manual that I hope will meet their standards.
