This program was a lifesaver while trying to apply for jobs and fill out rental applications out of state. I'm sure there are free ones out there but this was so easy to use and had every feature I needed. It has truly been invaluable. I had one document that wouldn't open and with one click I had it sent off to tech support who replied within 2 minutes and I was filling it out in under 10 minutes. Love it, I can fill in forms and not use my terrible handwriting. I get the fill on items that I look at and your app is blocking me from seeing it on the screen.

It is a bit complicated. As we learn to print and save and figure out which document it which, it will be easier to use

Stupid-Easy to use
Very easy to get used to.
This should be called PDF-Text for Dummies.
I literally had this program up and running in less than 5 minutes of downloading and installing it.
Wish it was a little cheaper.
If you are not using it often it hard to justify the monthly cost.
It may be better to go with the annual subscription instead of the monthly in some cases.

What do you like best?
The customer service on this software is unreal and so fast. I like the link to fill feature in this software, use it all the time. It's helpful for all our contracts and HR needs during a lockdown.
What do you dislike?
Some of the features are prone to be misleading if you don't read through the how to documentation eg Send to Sign is not useful for everyone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Read through the documentation on how to use it
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having people sign documents during a lockdown is now a breeze. Having new interviewees fill out interview questionnaires, contracts and applications for employment so simple.

Chatted online to cancel and refund $96 that I was charged and I got a pretty friendly guy named Peter! He was sweet and fast! If I needed this particular application again, I would definitely reuse them!!!
