What do you like best?
Ability to add notes to PDFs for my clients. It really does help answer questions for them much faster and help them understand the document better.
What do you dislike?
I wish I could merge and rearrange documents without it costing more to upgrade to do so. Would also be nice if If could set two password when securing a file. One for client and my master password

PDF Filler has wonderful customers service. They provide a very extensive service and if I ever need such a comprehensive program again they will be whom I will sign up with. They took care of my needs and quickly helped me when I needed some extra help.

i have been use it to opening my documents since it take low space
The application are very usefully in opening some documents, and it contained some feature that help to search
the feature use low space and give options to user to allow to views the page or works he or she wants

I had difficult printing what i had written on a PDF. Although customer service was EXELLENT I still could not fully implement their detailed instructions.

So easy and convenient to download and complete. My only issue is I wish with the forms you can scroll down to sections without having to tab each field or using you mouse to click in a different section.

It usually takes a while or is difficult to edit a document, but with PdfFiller, it's easier and faster. I can take a form I often use, and instead of entering the information every time, I can change the date

Can you dispose of leasehold improvements?
Terminating a lease will require disposing of the leasehold improvements that remain with the building. If the leasehold improvements have not been fully depreciated, you will need to debit an expense account called Loss on Early Termination of Leasehold Improvements for the amount of the remaining asset balance.
What to do with leasehold improvements when you move?
To capitalize the assets, you would debit Leasehold Improvements and credit Cash or Accounts Payable, depending on how you paid for the improvements. Only improvements that add value to the building should be capitalized. Routine maintenance or minor improvements should be immediately expensed.
What is the useful life of leasehold improvements?
While the useful economic life of most leasehold improvements is five to 15 years, the Internal Revenue Code requires that depreciation for such improvements to occur over the economic life of the building.
Can you sell leasehold improvements?
Leasehold improvements are considered business assets because they're attached to real property. They can, therefore, be depreciated. You can treat them like other assets in every way, but you can't sell them unless you sell the whole building.

Write off leasehold improvements from the balance sheet. Upon termination or non-renewal of a lease, the tenant essentially abandons the various leasehold improvements made to the rental property. Over the lease term, leasehold improvements are depreciated like any other physical asset.

The most common way that landlords pay for commercial leasehold improvements is with a Tenant Improvement Allowance (TIA). A TIA is a certain amount of money (a fixed amount or an amount per square foot) that the landlord gives you to make improvements. If the cost of improvements exceeds the TIA, you pay the extra.
