It is impossible of find the document I am seeking and all I am getting is a WASTE OF MY TIME!!! The website is incredibly difficult to navigate!!!!! I don't think I am getting much value for the money I spent to print just one document!!! I use the program infrequently in my present roll, so was surprised by the page lay-out change. It was a bit more difficult to simply pick it up and understand the new format.

I use PDFfiller for city and county land-use applications. Having the ability to complete these varying forms simply, and have them stored for future use is invaluable!

Easy to use
I couldn't find what I was looking for on the CRA site and this popped up in my search. I have used it before for Real Estate forms. I didn't know I could use it for CRA forms too.

Great services with an excellent customer care policy
I enjoyed great services provided by pdfFiller through an annual plan. I used their service in all my dealings with pdf documents. Then for professional reasons, I had to cancel my subscription, and pdfFiller team was extremely kind in offering me a full refund of my subscription fee. Just after 3 minutes of sending them a message, they responded back explaining the details of my refund process. That is what I call a great customer care and professionalism! Once again thanks a lot!

I had an issue with accessing a form shared by a colleague. I wrote to the PDFfiller support team and received their response very swiftly. The instructions received via email were very clear and easy to follow. I was able to fix the issue within a very short time. I'm really impressed by the efficiency and quality of customer support.

While Pdr Filer is a great tool. Customers should be given some type of training before they use the program. There are many features that are not being utilized because I don't how to they work or that they exist.
