Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I had lost work that I had spent hours on and couldnt find what I had done wrong, Anne patiently worked through it with me and I found the document, without her I would have cried, literally, as I had worked the whole of the night on the document and it looked like i had lost it all. I love this tool it has made my life so much easier and it has helped my court documents look so much more professional. It looks like a retained an attorney but I've done everything on my own from the convenience of my laptop.

What do you like best?
I work in real estate, so being able to fill-in and complete pdf docs is part of the daily life.
What do you dislike?
Some of the features are limited to premium service only. I'd like to see more of these included in the standard package.

I still like the program albeit the script and font could use some improvements
Being able to fill reports online , print and send.
The script is hard to line up , checking off boxes is also difficult.

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. Thank you for your great support and for hiring a great employee like Ralph! He is amazing and I truly appreciate him.

I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.
