My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. The interface has improved, but it is not perfect. I chose PDFiller because of its simplicity. I love that I can use it anywhere without having to install it in every computer I use. I wish it included a crop feature or the ability to modify the page size. I also wish we could delete previous files with the same name so that there is no confusion. There are several other little things, but these are the top major issues I've had.

It saves me time in messing with duplication of forms and figuring out the proper operating program. All you program is in PDF which is great.

It was really easy to modify the text but it didn't allow for modifying the form itself. When I ran out of blocks (Employee Review Form), I couldn't add any lines to the bottom or even take away some of the "Reviewer comments" to give me space to add more lines for categories.

I was annoyed that I had to enter credit card info for a free trial. It makes me feel as if I'm being tricked into keeping your service. Very pleased with how the product works though.

best customer service I've experienced
Software works good, had no problem at all. The customer service was top notch. They helped resolve my account problems within the first hour I sent out the form. Polite and efficient. The excellent service provided was the last and fith star.
