There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.

The intricacies of weaving through browser and google app to use this plugin are quite noteworthy. I consider it a great achievement that the plugin seems to work, even when it encounters strange circumstances. For all that this is a bit ungainly, there were some things I wished worked a little better, but overall quite good.

THIS SYSTEM IS AWESOME! I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY PDF APPLICATON CONVERT A FORM INTO AN INTERACTIVE DOCUMENT AS QUICKLY AS PDF FILLER. IT'S NOT FAST, IT'S IMMEDIATE!FAST (I ALREADY SAID THAT.) EASY, ACCURATE, SMOOOTH.THIS IS WHAT THEY MEAN WHEN THEY DESCRIBE A SYSTEM AS "USER FRIENDLY." Very useful and cool for filling out paperwork/forms online without having to print them out and scan, or changing the documents format to fill it out.

Sign it!
In general is a very good option to fill and sign documents. I did not buy the paid version because I was in need at the moment and it worked perfect for me.
I like the easy to follow process of this software. You dont need to know how to use it. As soon as you start filling any document everything march along the way
I did not see any cons because I was able to resolve my needs with the free trial. I would hesitate to pay for this software if I need again.

What do you like best?
I like to be able to upload multiple documents and then have the ability to rearrange them if needed, or remove, or even add to my entire document.
What do you dislike?
I do not like that the desktop extention frequently has errors, and continues to lag. I also do not like that the fax portion is uncustomizable.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It helps me to add or remove specific line items, which I do not want others to see. It also allows us to add pictures to the PDF documents, such as signatures, and or stamps for notary.

I needed to print out the forms for a passport. PDFiller was where I was sent to do this. Perfect! I am an 83 year old senior and using a filler is not going to be a part of my life. I need to cancel my 30 day free trial. Please help me to do this. It appears that you have a very successful business, with good reason. Great Customer Service
I was checking out pdfFiller to help with a project I was working on. I must have started a free trial and forgot to cancel. I received a charge for an annual subscription via paypal. Customer service was quick to give me a refund for the mistake. The agent was amazing. Helped me right away, issued a refund. Wow! Best CS I have ever received. Thanks so much.

So easy to use
So easy to use. I filled in 3 very long PDF forms and they look so much better typed than filled in with my scruffy handwriting. I'll definitely use this service again.
