I needed to cancel my account because I didn't realize I had a yearly reoccurring subscription. The support staff was VERY easy to work with. The product itself was great to use for what I needed; it was user friendly even for the not so tech savvy. I've been a customer of ********************** for almost 2 years now. The program has completely upped my game from writing business letters, filling out pdfs, faxing important documents - there is no limit to what you can do with a program like PDFFiller. But, what really pulled me in, other than the superb professional look and quality that PDFFiller gives my correspondence, was the help I received when I needed it. For example, I needed help with merging two documents that I needed to fax. I received help via the Chat Box within seconds of asking for assistance. It's like having your own IT team 24 hours a day! I also just found out that outbound faxes are included in the price and, if you want your own inbound fax number, $20.00 a month gets you your own fax number! The list goes on and on. Everything is okay so far, thank god for the merging feature. Only thing that bothered me is the zoom selection sometimes doesn't appear. Might give feedback if i encounter anything else

I needed to use the service for an application! It was only needed once. The day I was going to cancel it due to no longer needing the service the money had already come out of my account. They immediately refunded it and even offered a discount if I wanted to continue using it. I highly recommend it was an easy to use service with many benefits packed in.
