seems fairly easy to use. I fault PDF filler for one reason. All of the files you can use to fill in are all legal based, when I tried to find a simple grid I was unable to do so, I had to make my own.

overall I like pdffiller, but there are some things I wish I could do, like circle items in word docs. The only circle function I see does not seem to work very well. I would like to be able to draw circles around items more easily. As for signature authentication, is it necessary to include date? It would be easier if the authentication did not include the date. This isn't a big deal, since I can see why the date is necessary... but sometimes I sign a contract on for example, Sept 1st at midnight, but I don't want my clients to know I signed at midnight Sept 1st, particularly if I should have signed the document sooner. Anyway, these are just little issues that I've come across and changes would make my business a bit easier.

Great tool for conversions
Converting PDFs to spread sheets can be time consuming. This software is very functional, and eliminates the hassle.
I like being able to convert my PDFs into the proper documents for further use. Most PDFs in their original form are totally unusable. I use this function to convert the document into a spread sheet. Great time saver.
Nothing so far. Seems to be easy to use and very convenient.

Completing forms and getting them to whomever I choose.
Ease of use. I love this software. I have a health issue that makes filling out forms quite difficult. With this software, I am able to complete any document.
There is not much to dislike. So no comments on that.

I use this software daily to mainly merge other documents into one PDF. It's very user friendly.
time management and expedition of documents requiring signatures!
Merge feature and being able to delete pages that I don't need. I like that I can save my agency's details on the different forms I use; rather than retyping each time.
It has locked up a couple of times but once I get out and go back in it's fine. It hasn't happened in the last year so they may have done some updates to the software.

Top notch tool for all your document editing needs pdf, word and much more
It has been great using PDF filller, its awesome to be able to edit and sign documents from my personal computer and use them for school and work. Everything is pretty seamless and self explanatory, and I have yet to experience any real issues.

What do you like best?
PDF Filler has been a game changer for my business. Not only can I edit pdf documents In a neat and professional way, but also rearrange documents in whatever order I want, delete any pages from a document that isn't needed, and the access to the cloud makes things so much easier to be able to work my saved work from anywhere and any computer.
What do you dislike?
My one just like really is that for signature it used to date and timestamp but at some point that disappearing and I don't know how to get it back.

PDF filler program is just such a user friendly system. It allows anyone to be able to use this and succeed

The major benefit for me is being able to access all my documents through your cloud system which allowe me to have access to all my saved work at any time.

How do you distribute w2s?
Deliver W-2 copies labeled B, C and 2 to workers by January 31 of each year. The IRS considers mailing the copies on or before the due date as meeting the requirement to furnish copies to employees, providing the forms display proper mailing addresses.
Can I hand out w2s?
Federal law requires all employers to send employees W-2 statements no matter how low earnings or wages are. These W-2 statements can be sent in either paper or digital form and must be received by employees no later than January 31 of the following year. Employers must also file a copy of employee W-2s with the IRS.

Is it illegal to withhold someone's w2?
A person, or entity, who is required by law to deliver a form W-2 to an employee cannot withhold it. There are penalties imposed for late delivery of W-2s.
What happens if you forgot to file a w2 on your tax return?
The IRS will often automatically make a correction to your tax return for missing or incorrect W-2 or 1099 forms. You do not need to amend your federal tax return if the IRS corrects the error when they process your original tax return.
Can an employer withhold your w2?
Your employer cannot withhold your Form W-2 from you. Allow a reasonable amount of time for it to come in the mail. Using Form 4852 may delay tax refunds since the IRS will need to verify the information on the form with your employer.
What copies of w2 do employees get?
As an employee, you get three copies of your form W-2. Those three copies must be issued by January 31 of each year.
Do employers keep copies of w2?
Businesses should keep employment tax records, such as W-2 forms, for at least six years, according to the SOLO website. Employers should also keep on file copies of documents from which W-2 form information is taken, such as payroll records, employment documents and employment tax records.
