Great product. Have been using it for years. Not easy or intuitive to renew subscription. Ended up getting a 50% renewal but was initially offered a 75% renewal. Mainly use this for personal and light business use.

Firstly, I needed the form and capability to draft a residential Offer to Purchase. I've always just written offers by hand; needless to say it never looks as neat as a typed document. This did meet my needs.

I've been a customer of ********************** for almost 2 years now. The program has completely upped my game from writing business letters, filling out pdfs, faxing important documents - there is no limit to what you can do with a program like PDFFiller. But, what really pulled me in, other than the superb professional look and quality that PDFFiller gives my correspondence, was the help I received when I needed it. For example, I needed help with merging two documents that I needed to fax. I received help via the Chat Box within seconds of asking for assistance. It's like having your own IT team 24 hours a day! I also just found out that outbound faxes are included in the price and, if you want your own inbound fax number, $20.00 a month gets you your own fax number! The list goes on and on. I needed to create a document and sign it in a hurry. I already own Turbo PDF, but, its confusing to use.
I did a quick Google search and down loaded Pdf filler and had my doc printed in less than 10 min!
It works for me.

What do you like best?
User friendly. Can do anything I really need, from editing pdfs, splitting up and saving parts of documents, signed documents, etc.
What do you dislike?
The sign in page can be a bit wonky and hard to see if you're signed in. If you've been signed out and start uploading it puts you into the trial mode, and once you figure out whats going on you have to start over.

Signing documents is really important for me, which is the biggest benefit. But the ability to edit and fill out pdf documents has been wonderful as well.
