I just started to use PDFfiller and like the ease of completing pdfs, and logical flow of the app! Also love the send fax feature although while it seemed to work well from the desktop app, it seemed to hang when faxing from my galaxy Note 4 (just kept spinning and I had to force stop the app)-- will have to try faxing more to see if it was a device or app issue.

Too many going back and forth tasks to complete a form. You need to make this more friendly for the user not experienced. Make it like MS Word with what is available from the subscription, as for example: when I needed to use the eraser, it brought me to a screen to purchase to get, even though I have a monthly subscription. Not fair.

Software was user friendly. Ocassionally experienced frozen screen and saved information provided did not save properly, therefore, had to repeat the process.

Great for using templates
I work in real estate investment and handle documents and other forms that are basically fill-ins for our tenants. PDF Filler has to make the job 300 times easier because it will add space or make everything look like its in its right space. It makes filling out a document legibly easy and fast so you then can be more productive in your work day.
There are similar programs that allow you to do the same thing it might change spacing, or other aspects of a document.

Ability to edit pdf files and general ease of use
What do you dislike?
Limitations on how many files I can upload and the fact that it opens the files immediately, If I want to merge a newly uploaded files with previously saved files on my dashboard, it creates some unnecessary steps.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Not really any problems - just a few areas the program feels clunky.

In this day and age when companies can treat you like a number, it is nice to know that PDF Filler is not one of them. The features are unmatched and the customer service has been outstanding! Anytime I have requested online support, I have received immediate and very detailed attention to help guide me through any feature, tutorial, description even with the ability to share templates or files and have customer support advise on any possible questions. This is what we've been looking for for all of our fillable forms and for obtaining e-signatures and it's at the best price point for businesses!
