Great service! Could use some updates though. The site is rather slow at times, and when changes text size there seems to be a bug where the page needs to refresh or reload. Also, general improvements on loading time would be nice. Also, please make the process of saving to PDF less steps and less clunky. I don't need to be shown where the pdf will be once downloaded.

Honestly- it is not straigth forward tool- you need to spend time and learn how to use it so it is not exceptionally user friendly.

What do you dislike?
I do not dislike anything. If I had to pick my least favorite thing, I’d say that sharing documents via is not as straight forward from the website. I usually save a local copy and email from that to avoid confusion.

I'm definitely not tech savvy. Old school pen and paper here. The pdf autofiler is an old girls new best friend. Everything is clearly explained and help is there if or when you need it. I believe I may keep it.

What do you like best?
The customer service was the best I have experienced . Very fast solutions to my questions and overall very nice system support along with billing support
What do you dislike?
The most amount of pages you used to be able to merge was five but they have since changed this so I have no dislikes with the product

I used it to fill out contracts and pay applications along with notarized documents with my commercial construction company

How do I make a PDF file smaller, so I can upload it?
Locate the PDF file you want to make smaller.
Click on and hold the PDF file.
Drag the PDF file to the Drop PDF here icon on the screen. The file will upload and begin compressing.
Scroll down and click on Download File Now.
Select the location where you'd like to save the file.
Click on Save.
How do I reduce the size of a PDF below 100 KB?
Click “Choose File” button (Or) Drag and drop files in the drop area to upload the file.
Select “Output Settings” like optimize font, image, content and image quality.
Click “Compress File” to reduce PDF file size to 100 KB.
Click “Download File” to download the new compressed PDF file.
How can I reduce my KB size?
Click Quick Upload. It's on the right below the image banner on the right.
Click Choose file. This gray button is in the middle of the page.
Click the photo that you want to resize.
Click Open.
Click Set File Size.
Type a file size in KBS.
Click Resize File.
Click Save.
