I like the fact that it is easy to use and has all of the forms that I am looking for. I use this product on a monthly basis and find that it is easy to use and that the documents are easy to find.

There are times that I can't find a form that I know I have filled out. Also there are times that I am unable to get back to the home screen to find a new form.

I had trouble logging in to my account
I had trouble logging in to my account. It was a small issue but I sent a text message and got a reply soon after. The Customer Service at pdffiller is very responsive. I have been a customer (for creating insurance forms for my medical practice) for three years and it is an excellent service. It is user-friendly and intuitive and simple to use. I highly recommend pdffiller.

How do I share documents?
Open the document you want to share.
Click File > Share > Share with People (or, in Word 2013, Invite People).
Enter the names or email addresses of the people you're sharing with.
If you want to, click Can Edit or Can View.
How do you open a shared Word document?
Open Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, and tap Shared. On the quick access toolbar to see the Shared view. Open Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, and tap Shared. On your iPad, if you have a document open, tap the back button and then tap Shared.
Can multiple users edit a Word document at the same time?
Word does not allow multiple people to use the same Word document at the same time, since the edits by each individual could create havoc with the final document. Instead, Word provides several tools that you can use in a multi-user environment to make collaborating of a document just a bit easier.
How do I open a Word document?
Open Microsoft Word, press “Ctrl-O,” locate the file you want to open and double-click the file to open it from within Microsoft Word. Open Microsoft Word, click the “File” tab and select the file under Recent Documents to open a document you recently opened in Word.
How do I open an attachment in Word?
Launch Microsoft Word. When adding attachments to an existing Word document, click the File tab, click Open, and then browse to and double-click the Word file. Scroll to the place in the document where the attachment should go and press the Enter key for a line break press Ctrl-Enter to add a new page.
How do I send a link to a file?
Open a new email message.
Click Restore Down from the Title bar (if necessary) to display the email in a window.
In Windows Explorer, navigate to the shared location that contains the file, such as a network drive.
Right click and drag the file into the body of your email.
Click Create Hyperlink Here.
How do I copy a file path as a link?
Browse until you find the specific folder or subfolder for which you want the direct link. Then, double click inside the address bar on the top, so that you can see the direct network path to that folder. Select it and copy it (Ctrl+C) to the clipboard. You can also right-click on it and select Copy.
