As a small business owner in the healthcare field, we do not have the resources to have much administrative support. Would like to see a better way to organize/save files for easier opening. Would like to see a way to convert files to PDF as well. No need to send a follow-up survey, your system won't allow us to complete it without having a Facebook or Linkedin account...we know our own e-mail address and it won't accept it.

I wish there was a way to access a blank 2019 W-2 form. The first form came up as 2019, but the only way I found to create 2019 for the other employees was to duplicate that first one and modify for the additional person. If not for that quirk, I would have given 5 stars.

I've just started the trial service but…
I've just started the trial service but so far I'm finding the software very user friendly. I've uploaded an application used by our non-profit and marked all the fields needing completion. It was very easy to do. Testing has gone well. Looking forward to using this for our membership drive.

Pdffiller
Pdffiller makes it easy to add in information on a copy of something that is used widely throughout company for all employees. It saves the time, hassle and trees not having to print it out, fill it out and send it back in.

Though you have a great product, I no longer needed it.I had thought I had cancelled before the free trial was up, but, apparently, I had not. So, I asked for help to cancel and get a refund. It was done within a half an hour! Great Service!

How do I monitor folder activity?
Open Windows Explorer, and navigate to the folder that you want to track. Right-click the folder and select Properties from the context menu. The folder's properties window appears on the screen. Note: If you want to track multiple folders, you will have to configure audit for every folder individually.
How do I monitor a folder to a new file?
To monitor a folder for new files in Windows with PowerShell, we can use a . NET class called FileSystemWatcher. This class is in the System.IO namespace and can be created with the New-Object cadet.
How can I see folder activity?

To view which files the user is accessing, click on Open Files (from left navigation pane). Here you will see a list of files that have been accessed by the user (or users). If the full path to a file is not fully displayed, just mouse over a file to see the path.
