It's MUCH EASIER TO USE THAN WONDERSHARE PDFelement 6! Which costs $$$$ more than PDFfiller. I could not use the Wondershare PDFelement 6 and got a refund. However if PdfFiller increases it's costs I will attempt to buy the Adobe program. It's not that I use pdf that often that I have to pay a monthly cost.

What do you like best?
I have tried many signing apps and software and this one is by far the best in terms of ease, flexibility and speedy workflow.
What do you dislike?
Maybe it is just something I am not figuring out...but the orange box prompts on some documents get more in the way sometimes than help.

A thank you I was looking for options for a one off issue I had with PDF forms and signed up to PDF Filler for the 1 month free trial. I realised shortly after this that I would have little use for this facility in the future but neglected to cancel the subscription within the free trial period. At the conclusion of the free trial period I was billed for the annual subscription, however I contacted the company via Customer Services live chat and without much trouble they cancelled the subscription and refunded the fee. Excellent service and very professional advisors.

Best program Ever! This software has changed our business. We are in a very form intensive business and not all forms come in electronically. PDFfiller allows us to convert them and manipulate them to our liking. Saves us tons of time and effort. Nothing I don't like. Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

Excellent Customer Service I contacted the customer service team of pdfFiller when I had a problem and it was dealt with straight away. I spoke to someone called Harmhon and they were really kind and understanding. They replied to me very quickly and the problem was resolved in less than a few minutes. Overall, I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Customer Service Is Great I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.
