It is a little bit confusing on how the program works. I have been trial and error learning so far. It would be nice to get more direction and not just comment bubbles.

the features are good, but the interfaces are a bit clunky.
For example creating document sub folders wasn't as intuitive as other applications. Additionally there are some documents I would like to move to Trash, but once it been sent out for E-sign it appears it can't be trashed, so I had to move them to a folder.

Why can't I open a DOCX file?
Microsoft Word (version 2007 and above) is the primary software program used to open and edit DOCX files. Actually, you don't even need to open a DOCX file with Word because Microsoft has this free Word Viewer program that lets you open Word documents like DOCX files without needing to have MS Office installed.
How do I open a DOCX file?
To view your DOCX or DOC files, download the free file viewer and drag and drop the file onto the program window. File Viewer Lite will open the file and display the document in its native format as if you were viewing the document with Microsoft Word.
