Well I paid for the year then could not access a file I did the same day. Then I sent my accountant a file via attachment since he says "not technical" & could not open it in pdfiller file, so I sent as attachment so he could complete but he could not so he wrote it in now I have to complete it & paying him the same.

Excellent features
This allowed me to add to my PDFs that I couldn't before.
This product saves time. I was trying to find something that lets me add a text box or even text to my pdf files. This product does this! Very cool!

My document looked perfect when opening it with a browser after editing it, but there were some artifacts in the transparent background of the signatures when reading it on Adobe Reader (alpha channel problems, I believe). Maybe it was a problem on my end, I don't know.

I enjoy the accessibility to a large variety of legal forms without preparing them, but the process is not that easy. For a novice user, it is cumbersome and complicated. There should be a tutorial on how to maneuver the program and all of its features seamlessly.

I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named Anna was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! How do I make my file size smaller?
Locate the file or folder that you want to compress.
Right-click the file or folder, point to Send to, and then click Compressed (zipped) folder.
